D&F Equipment Sales Exhibits Advanced Conveying Solutions at IPPE 2026

February 6, 2026

D&F Equipment Sales, Inc. made a strong showing at the 2026 International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE), held Jan. 27–29 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. IPPE attendees experienced a live, working conveyor system designed to demonstrate smarter product flow, space-saving layouts, and flexible, reliable case-handling technology for today’s processing and distribution facilities.

Over the three-day show, D&F’s booth featured a functioning conveyor layout designed to show how individual components can be integrated into plant-specific systems to control orientation, manage elevation changes, create consistent product spacing, and route cases between lines. To bring those capabilities to life, D&F’s IPPE display showcased a variety of real-world applications, including:

  • Right-Angle Passive-On ARB Transfer Technology that keeps case orientation intact while redirecting product flow
  • Vertical Box Elevator designed to move product vertically while conserving floor space
  • Accumulation, Brake, and Meter Conveyors working together to create consistent case spacing
  • AIM XL Distribution System used to sort cases between two separate lines
  • Two-Lane Case Merge combining product flow from dual lines into a single stream
  • Incline and Decline Conveyors allowing smooth entry and exit from workspaces
  • DARB Reject System demonstrating precise product removal using Passive-Off ARB technology
  • Active ARB Technology showing controlled case rotation for directional changes and bump turns

D&F’s IPPE 2026 demonstration brought together incline and decline sections, distribution points, accumulation zones, and ARB technologies in a single working layout, giving processors a practical look at how individual components can be integrated into scalable, plant-specific conveying solutions. Live demonstrations highlighted controlled case movement, precise routing between lines, quieter transitions, and efficient product removal, showing how D&F tailors conveying technology to support throughput, quality control, and space-conscious facility design.

From vertical transport to precise routing and controlled merging, the booth showcased the D&F Equipment Sales “Whatever it Takes” philosophy, delivering adaptable conveying solutions shaped by real-world operating environments.
